Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Recursive Systems LLC, 230 Oakridge Avenue, Highwood, Illinois 60040. You must be at least 18, located in the United States, and able to enter a binding agreement. You also agree to the Acceptable Use Policy.
DreamBeam
DreamBeam connects an AI provider you choose to a computer you control. You are responsible for that computer, its files and backups, your provider accounts, and third-party charges. DreamBeam is free at launch. We may apply fair-use, rate, storage, retention, concurrency, and security limits.
Your account
Accounts are individual, including when used for business. Keep your sign-in methods and connected systems secure. If you use DreamBeam for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it and permission to process the data you provide. Business users can review the Data Processing Addendum.
Your content and output
You keep your rights in content you provide and output generated for you. You give DreamBeam permission to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content only to provide, secure, and support the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content, computers, repositories, accounts, and credentials you use.
AI agents
Agents can be wrong and can take unintended actions. Review important output, limit access, supervise high-risk work, and keep independent backups. Do not rely on DreamBeam as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or security advice, or for decisions about healthcare, credit, employment, education, insurance, or another high-impact field.
Connected services
Third-party services you connect have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and charges. Connecting one authorizes DreamBeam to exchange the data needed for your request. DreamBeam is not responsible for a third-party service.
Feedback
You may send suggestions voluntarily. We may use and modify those suggestions without payment, attribution, or obligation. Feedback is not confidential unless we agree otherwise. This does not cover your code, conversations, files, business data, or support attachments, and we will not use your name, company, or testimonial without permission.
Suspension and closure
We may limit or suspend access to address unlawful use, security threats, abuse, material violations, or risks to the service or others. You may close your account at any time. Account closure deletes platform records as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not delete files from your computer.
Service changes
DreamBeam is under active development. Features may change, fail, or end. We will give reasonable notice when a change materially affects ordinary use. Keep copies of important work.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DreamBeam is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, safety, or error-free operation. Rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Recursive Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or computer use. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid DreamBeam in the 12 months before the claim. Limits that cannot legally apply do not apply.
Disputes and law
Email [email protected] before filing a claim and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Illinois law governs these Terms, except its conflict rules. Claims may be brought in Illinois state courts serving Lake County or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Consumers keep nonwaivable protections of their home state. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
Changes
We will email account holders at least 30 days before material changes when practical and request renewed acceptance when required. Urgent security or legal changes may take effect sooner with prompt notice. Contact [email protected].
