Acceptable Use Policy

Use DreamBeam responsibly

This policy protects the shared service and the people and systems a workspace can reach. You may not use DreamBeam to:

• break the law or help another person break the law;
• access, scan, test, damage, or disrupt accounts, networks, devices, repositories, or data without authorization;
• develop, deliver, or operate malware, credential theft, phishing, destructive payloads, botnets, or denial-of-service activity;
• evade rate limits, access controls, suspension, monitoring, or other security boundaries;
• upload or distribute content that infringes another person’s rights or privacy;
• exploit or endanger children, or create sexual content involving minors;
• make threats, facilitate violence, or target people for harassment or abuse;
• misrepresent automated output as verified professional advice or a human decision where that could cause harm;
• use resources at a level that materially degrades the service for others;
• process protected health information, full payment-card data, CVVs, Social Security numbers, government-ID images, biometric templates, or similarly sensitive regulated identity data;
• use DreamBeam to make or recommend decisions about healthcare, credit, employment, education, insurance, or another high-impact field; or
• use DreamBeam outside the United States.

Your permissions matter

Only connect computers, credentials, repositories, and provider accounts you are authorized to use. Keep workspace permissions no broader than the task requires. You remain responsible for actions initiated from your account and workspaces.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect DreamBeam, its providers, or other people. When practical and safe, we will explain the reason and provide a way to appeal. Report harmful use or ask about this policy at [email protected].
